Meet Britta Sunde
Born in Germany`s Black Forest, I was raised with a reverence for healthy living. When I started my career almost 30 years ago, I believed that I could be instrumental in helping others to optimize their health and wellness. I never thought that my practice in remote eastern Maine would be in such high demand or that it would teach me so much about understanding the roadblocks to wellness that people often create for themselves.
For me to be effective, an indepth working knowledge of anatomy in physiology is essential. Appreciating and understanding the mind-body connection is critical. To both these goals I have dedicated myself. I have received training in Austria, Germany and the United States but my practice in Maine has been my center of learning.
